1.- Open Teams and click on the teams icon
2.- Click on the channel where the folder/files are located
3.- Click on Files
4.- Click on the elipses
5.- Select "Open in SharePoint"
Once the website opens then:
6.- Click on "recycle bin"
7.- Select the deleted file on the right
8.- Click on restore
