This applies to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft One Drive and Microsoft SharePoint.
If you have shared files/folders externally using Microsoft One Drive or Microsoft Teams, the link might not work and you might have to re-shared the link to the external source.
If the file/folder was shared internally then please look into One Drive online -> Shared -> Shared with you (see instructions below)
