Provide permission to the application/form by signing into your The Alex account (use your email and password)



Once you are in the app/form, please note that after your submission, an approval will be sent to your direct supervisor. The process to request business cards is as follows:


  1. Staff order new business cards and fill out the app/form.
  2. Direct supervisor received an approval request via email or Teams approval and approves or reject the request.
  3. Requester receives a confirmation of the approval or rejection from direct supervisor.
  4. A ticket is created on behalf of the requester for communications team to order business cards.
  5. Business cards are requested by communications and once fulfilled the ticket is closed.
