To Reconnect to Teams after the Migration, all you need to do is sign out and sign back into Teams.

Step 1. Click in the corner( It may have your initials or your picture)

Step 2. Click Sign Out

Step 3. Use another account to sign in

For the Cell phone, it is the same idea:
